Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved

Time to Dance Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.

Time to Dance Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - timetodanceacademy@hotmail.com

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

If there are any sessions missed due to untypical bad weather, Time to Dance Academy will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.

Signing up through Class4kids is the only booking and payment system to attend classes at Time to Dance Academy

A trial is a 2-week period. After the second trial is completed, you will receive an email from Class 4 Kids to sign up to classes if you wish to continue.

Our fees are pro rata – paid on the first of the month. the total cost of classes is split across 11 Monthly Payments (September- July)

Cancellation policy – we require one month’s written notice and one months fees for cancellation.
